* A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card.  Please provide student identification to the Meeting Managers upon registration. The full registration fee will be charged if identification is not provided.

Important Registration Information

Credit card payment online
Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card. Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by THPL’.

Cheque payments
If you are unable to pay by credit card please download the hard copy registration form (above). Registration forms must be accompanied with payment.

Cheque payments will only be accepted up until 8 July. After this date, all registrations and accommodation bookings must be submitted online with credit card details at www.acra2009.com or by calling +61 2 9265 0700.

Cheques are to be made payable to ‘ACRA 2009 Meeting’. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted.

Faxing/posting registrations
Faxed or posted registration forms will only be processed/confirmed if credit card details or cheque payment is accompanied with the form.

Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.  Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.

You will not receive any further publications before the Meeting. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Meeting.  At the Meeting you will receive the final program, an abstract supplement and a list of delegates.

Cancellation and Refund policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Meeting Managers.

Entrance to Meeting
Each delegate at the Meeting will receive a name badge upon registration.  The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions.

Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Meeting and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The Meeting Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. The insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
